Spring is almost upon us...
showing her first of the year color
in daffodils, crocus, hyacinth and more.
Delicate tight buds loosen their grip on winter
and bigger buds ready themselves for the coming attraction!
I can't wait to see and feel her glory once again. I've missed her so...
So glad to hear spring has arrived in your area. Lucky!!!
ReplyDeleteWell, it's not in full force yet but mostly on her way =)
DeleteHere in Northwest Mississippi, Spring is about a two-month part of the calendar. In reality, it can be SO cold one day, but the front will pass, and warm air will come back into our area. Our daffodils will go into early bloom, and then a few days later, it's cold again.
ReplyDeleteBut, it IS Spring Break!
~shoes~
We have the same kind of weather here. Warm one day then cold the next but those cold days are numbered and soon to be a distant memory =)
DeleteEnjoy your spring break!
Dixie, Here it is April 2 and our daffodils are all of 2" tall and kind of bleached out from the chill of the weather. the day-lilies are about 3" tall and handling it much better. xo
